Client's Name Censored As Requested By The Client

The Problem

Interior design is a tough business, where you need an extensive portfolio to even stand a chance.

Having a small portfolio leaves you often hanging as your prospects choose the studios with better portfolios/social presence.

Challenge

Recently starting their own interior design studio with a smaller portfolio than the industry average.

The client was struggling to bring in consistent new clients that would pay him enough to make worthwhile.

Outside of word of mouth sales, he had no reliable way of acquiring new clients

Process

In the first 30 days of working together, we have devised a plan to turn his business around within 2-3 months.

We started by implementing  a system that gathers leads using Meta ads.

Cost per lead on meta ads has been roughly £4.7 per lead.

We were advertising a piece of free value, which in this moment was a free guide titled “5 Mistakes to avoid when hiring an interior designer.”

We had our cost per lead at £4.7, which we believed that if nurtured correctly could potentially lead to high returns.

The guide spoke directly to people who were interested in hiring an interior designer, just not at the moment, they were still researching all the options.

By entering the mind early on, we had a much greater chance at establishing trust and familiarity with the prospect.

By downloading the lead magnet, prospect’s were automatically sent to a nurture sequence.

The nurture sequence largely consisted of valuable bits of information and objection handling specific to the client’s target audience.

Its goal was simple and straightforward - to build trust.

After roughly 1 month of nurturing, every following week the leads were sent a paid limited time offer pressing on scarcity.

The client said they have a capacity to onboard 1 client per week.

First week we opened a time slot for 3 people expecting 1 person to sign up.

All 3 slots were booked.

From which 2 people were eventually signed.

We continued this for 4 weeks before slowing down the campaign and allowing the client to fulfil his service.

Result

After 2 months of working together, the interior designer has closed 5 clients for his interior design business.

Always the best,

FJ
